If you do good work chances are you will get more work through recommendations. The key to having a great carpentry business is having a great reputation. Without a good reputation people will not trust you. Even with the economy being slow I managed to keep my carpentry business thriving strong. The summer time is the best season to start looking for a carpenter job. And if you have fun in basic carpentry you will become successful in it.
